These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ProSkills4U website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Course Access & Use
All course materials, including videos, downloads, certificates, and assessments, are for individual use only. Sharing login access, redistributing course content, or presenting materials in group settings without a licence is strictly prohibited.
3. Account Creation & User Conduct
Users must provide accurate information and are responsible for safeguarding account access. Accounts may not be shared or misused.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payments are securely processed, and ProSkills4U does not store card details.
5. Pricing Disclaimer
All pricing displayed on our website, proposals, or promotional materials is accurate at the time of publication. ProSkills4U reserves the right to modify prices, discounts, or offers at any time without prior notice. Pricing updates do not affect previously confirmed orders.
6. Course Delivery & Scheduling Control
For instructor-led and face-to-face training, course dates are subject to minimum participant thresholds and operational feasibility. ProSkills4U reserves the right to postpone or reschedule any course if minimum attendance is not met (typically 50% of total course capacity), or if delivery is not viable due to unforeseen circumstances. Wherever possible, our first option will be to offer an alternative future date within 14 days of the originally scheduled session. If we are unable to do so, a full refund will be issued, excluding a 5% administrative and processing fee. No refunds will be issued simply due to course rescheduling.
7. Strict Refund & Cancellation Policy
All purchases of digital, self-paced, downloadable, or eLearning content are non-refundable. Refunds for instructor-led courses will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and at our sole discretion. Our default position is to offer postponement or rescheduling, not refunds. Where cancellations are permitted, they must be requested in writing at least 5 business days before the start date. Refunds are never guaranteed.
8. Subscriptions & Bundles
Subscriptions are for 12-month terms unless otherwise stated. They auto-renew unless cancelled at least 2 months before renewal.
9. Content Use and Intellectual Property
All training materials, including videos, downloads, course modules, quizzes, assessments, and certification content, remain the intellectual property of either ProSkills4U or its content licensors, including VideoTile Learning Ltd. Users are granted limited access for personal or internal organisational use only. No redistribution, resale, public display, or republishing is permitted without prior written consent.
10. Use of Communication Facilities
Users must not use the website to send offensive, illegal, or unsolicited content. ProSkills4U may monitor all communications for compliance.
11. Third-Party Course Content Disclaimer
ProSkills4U acts solely as a distributor of courses developed by third-party content providers, including VideoTile Learning Ltd and its affiliates. We do not create, edit, or validate the accuracy or compliance of this content. As such, we disclaim all liability for any inaccuracies, regulatory issues, or reliance placed on third-party materials. All such courses are provided “as-is,” and any questions or disputes regarding course content must be directed to the original content provider.
12. Customer Remedies
In the unlikely event a course fails to function as described, your exclusive remedy will be, at our discretion, either a correction of the issue or a refund of the amount paid for that course. We do not accept liability for incidental or consequential loss, unless explicitly stated by applicable law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ProSkills4U (a trading name of VQlick Consultancy Ltd), its officers, employees, licensors, distribution partners (including VideoTile Learning Ltd), and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) resulting from your use of the services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProSkills4U shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to, loss of profit, data, or opportunity, arising from the use or inability to use our services or training materials. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid for the service or course giving rise to the claim.

We collect essential information such as your name, email, job title, preferences, and course usage to provide better service, support, and relevant updates.
